Do I have to wear heels under my wedding dress?

Lol I’m getting married in 4 months time but I really cannot stand heels. I can’t walk in them, I’ve always been a trainers girl and my dress is long, it definitely covers my feet. Do I have to wear heels or can I wear my white converse? Lol sorry I sound so weird I just don’t wanna be stumbling down the isle because I can’t walk 😂
