I want to name our second baby after my dad. Either it be his first name or middle. The thing is my husband doesn't like his name. I agree that it's long and old school but Its still my dad. He likes the idea but just doesn't like the name. My own dad doesn't like his name that much either 😵. His name is Francisco. My reason behind is my dad is a great father but an even better grandfather to my stepdaughter and son. My son is named after his dad but is the third so my father in law is Ricardo sr. My husband is a jr which makes my son the third. So I feel it's only right to incorporate MY dads name for our second boy (wont be finding out gender). My father in law is not in our kids life.
