The bottom is from Thursday and the top is from today????? My loss has happen on Jan 2nd?

It could be. Did you ever get negative tests with the loss? If you did,  I say it's a new one. But only way to know for sure would be to see a dr.

If your loss was fairly early on, was would say this might be a new pregnancy.
