I’m feeling lost and confused 😢

I was told on 01/13 that my hcg was 27, saw doctor on 1/20 and hcg went up to 326 then on 01/24 hcg went back down to 36. My doctor said I’m miscarrying or already miscarried. I did bleed from 01/13-01/19. Small clots came out and what I thought was tissue. Fast forward to today, I’ve been crying, nauseous, headaches. I haven’t had the bad cramps or anything even when I bled. My stomach is still bloated and tight. I’m so confused. I don’t think my doctor knows what’s going on and just saying I miscarried. Did anyone feel like this after your miscarriage? I thought symptoms disappear once you miscarried. Ugh this is so darn confusing and I’m literally crying about it.
