I took a supergreenfood supplement t called spirulina daily ..little caffeine ( I know zero is best bc it affects cor eggs even w one cup) .I exercised 3 to 5 x a week for an hour or more.No alcohol..i believe its 70 days to renew a cell so any alcohol or caffeine will affect your eggs.I wish U lick..i had my son at 42 n a half n conceived 2 x this yr( I'm 44 .2) .Inwas advised to take coenzyme  q 10 immediately which I've done and take in Nowhite sugar..it damages cells.Best of luck..A Naturopath by the name of Iva Keene on Instagram Pintrest or google had free advice n also paid advice. Abstinence. My husband will travel months at a time and both of us without any sexual relief. And when he comes home things are bound to happen. After my husband's last travel, lasting 6 months I was pregnant by the end of his  1st month home. Our 1st baby due April 2020
