Chafing on bikini line?

I’m in so much discomfort. It’s almost as if my knickers have rubbed my bikini line in between my leg and groin and it’s so painful. Just on the left hand side. Is anyone else experiencing chafing and any tips to avoid it? I am sleeping commando but can’t rest Cos I’m so uncomfortable.

Same! Only on my left side too. Only thing that seems to work for me is putting a band-aid there, even though it's really difficult to put it on 😂
