Nystatin infant overdoes??

I feel so fucking dumb. My doctors pedi prescribed nystatin for a terrible thrush case she called the worst she has ever seen(I went in a week before and saw a different pedi that said he didn’t have it and sent me home so it got entirely worse... anyways). She said 1 ml in each cheek every day 4 times a day-that’s what the bottle says too-so I thought i was supposed to give him 1 ml in each cheek (2 ml total). I’m fucking stupid. It’s only 1 ml total to spread out between each cheek and now I’m worried I’ve been giving him too much. It’s been 7 days. Wtf is wrong with me and why did I realize so late. Is it gonna hurt him? I read on google that it’s not harmful but that’s google. Should I call the doctor and ask? Omg I’m freaking out.
