I have a cousin going through post partum depression we havent talked to each other in months she just texted me "I'm going through post partum and i dont like it" I think its really bad considering we dont really talk much and she messaged me (not that it's a bad thing) but i would always see her post on Facebook they would be depressing which I did reach out to her at that time letting her know I'm here if she needs anything but honestly I dont know what advice to give her I never went through post partum and aside from telling her how strong she is idk what other suggestions to give her any mamas that went though post partum what helped you get through it her baby is 7months so shes been dealing with it for quite some time. I'm glad she reached out to me just not sure of what advice to give
