Ovulation

I had a D&C in October and had a regular period in December and January. Then I randomly had another lighter period in the middle of January... confused, I bought an ovulation kit and only 4 days after this random period it said I was ovulating. Anyone have anything like this happen!? I just want everything to be normal again! With my son we weren’t trying, it just happened and was the best surprise ever. When I had the miscarriage we weren’t trying either so I’m new to trying!
