Pregnant? Or symptoms from quitting birth control?

My last period was January 6-10th. That was the end of my birth control pack, and I have completely stopped taking both control now. On January 15th I questioned a condom break. Husband doesn’t think it did. About a week ago my boobs started itching super bad. A few days ago, I had a very vivid dream about being pregnant and having a baby girl. I actually saw her face in the dream. Constant cramping started the next day. Nausea has been on and off. Mostly at night. Could this be early pregnancy symptoms? Or is this a result of quitting birth control pills? I had been on them for about 4 years.
