I have strep throat and baby ear infection 😭

So we’ve been sick for a couple of days we’ve gotten worse so we went to the doctor today and yes I have strep throat and my baby has an ear infection 😔 so now I have to be extra careful not to give it to him or sis or hubby 😩 anybody on the same boat any tips?
