Crossing my fingers that I can keep getting darker lines and high HCG levels

So, I definitely had a hard time getting over my two miscarriages.. but this time- I feel different. I feel miserable actually as my back is in the worst pain ever, but- if I am able to keep this baby in my system I took some photos off guard and imagined them after some editing and was thinking- this is how we might announce at 12 weeks unless I find someone better to think of!!

God has a plan for us- if all goes well I’m due the day I found out I was pregnant last year 🥺😭💕
