Why am I not having a period?

My period is now 64 days late. The first day of my last period was October 8th. I went to the doctors and got blood tested and they said everything looks fine and my hormones are normal and they aren’t sure why I’m not having a period all of the sudden. Since we’ve been trying for 8 months they keep telling me to try for at least a year because that’s how long it takes the average couple and that it might just be stress.

I’ve been trying all kinds of natural remedies to try and ovulate and so far nothing has worked. I’ll take any recommendations at this point. I’ve never had a regular period but I’ve never gone this long without one. :/
