Severe Cramps Near the End of Depo
I’ve been on Depo a little over a year and towards the end of my shot I get severe cramps. I’ll be almost doubled over and feel like I need to make a quick trip to the bathroom. I know cramps are a side effect but I didn’t think they should be this bad. If anyone else has this problem, please let me know or some advice would be helpful. I’ve been taking ibuprofen and heating pad but that’s all I can think of.
