Is this supplement okay to take while breastfeeding?

I suspect my iron is getting a little low again, I’ve been borderline anemic for as long as I can remember. So I am taking a prenatal once a day again and I am also taking this iron supplement, is this one okay to take whilst breastfeeding??

I’m severely anemic, always have been, and I’m 3 weeks into breastfeeding. My dr told me to continue taking my prescribed iron supplements and prenatals. It hasn’t affected baby’s bowel movements at all which was the only concern baby’s dr had about it as too much iron can cause constipation

It depends on how much you and your baby has and how much is in your prenatal itll be best to talk to the doctor
