What could this rash be? 1week post c section

It’s itchy and worse around my hips. 1week post c section. The incision feels fine and looks good still. (Black stuff is tape residue)

I had some redness/irritation on the edges near my hips where my adhesive bandage ended. I think irritation to the tagoderm (spelling?) bandage. But not as red as yours. I’d bring it up to doctor just in case
