It’s not foolproof but then again my husband and I have been using it for  3 years without getting pregnant. That being said we were also more careful around my ovulation time and I also found out that I’m hypothyroid so I may not be that fertile. All that to say, I would reserve it for a stable committed relationship where you feel okay if you do end up getting pregnant.
