Workout advice

Looking for help with working out. My daughter is 1 now and I’m still struggling to work in time for myself to work out. She’s a high needs baby and has a hard time being put down. I have a ton of weight that I want to lose, like 100 pounds! I was doing well before I got pregnant but a lot of the weight I had lost is back. I’m having a hard time finding the time to take care of myself between my high needs baby, taking care of the house, cooking, cleaning, and just everyday things that need to be done. I also have OCD about cleaning, so I know that doesn’t help. I’m always put on the back burner. Everyone else and everything else comes first and if there’s time (which there usually isn’t) then it’s me. I just feel awful about myself and wants to start losing weight and feeling better about myself but it’s hard to juggle everything!
