Bleeding between cycles

Has anyone had experience with bleeding right after ovulation? This has been going on for about 3 months. I saw my doctor and she didn’t seem too concerned, saying it could be “hormonal”. However, I feel like it’s been happening more frequently, especially after sex.

Any advice is welcome!
