First time period?

Hi! I’m Kayden and this is my first period, what should I use? I’m so confused, help!

Pads are what I first used and still do.  Tampons aren’t the best but still work pretty well.  There are different sizes to work with and to get comfortable in.  I’m not a big fan of winged pads since they tend to get sticky down there and uncomfortable, but you can try them out.  If you get cramps you can take Tylenol or Pamperin￼￼￼ if it’s bad too.

hi!! i started in may 2019 and i’m still getting used to it myself! i would recommend using pads for right now.  if u aren’t really bleeding as much use always ultra thin size 1 bc they are a perfect size and are small.  if u are bleeding a little much then get a size two of the same brand!! hope this helps
