So I had my daughter in nov 30,2019 but she was stillborn I only had my period two days so I’m confused

So so sorry for your loss. My periods after my mmc (sorry I no not the same as a stillborn) went down to two days from my normal 4-5day cycle each month.
Body may just be adjusting after giving birth
