When you shower without washing your hair, do you still wet it?

I almost never shampoo (maybe a couple times a month), and my hair is so much happier with me than it ever was when I shampooed regularly! I let water run through all of my hair and then condition it (not the top of my head or scalp, though). 
It takes a little bit of time to adjust—most people’s scalps produce too much oil because they’re used to being over-washed, which strips the hair’s natural oils and triggers the hair to create even more oil—but after an adjustment period of not washing it as frequently, the hair will naturally become less oily.

Headband, pony tail, and shower cap to keep it dry, then use dry shampoo after! I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week.
