So I heard you count your miscarriage as a cycle. Every thing online says so. Do I count my first day when I spotted or when I actually started bleeding heavy? So dang confusing. I'm asking because I believe I ovulated on the 22nd the weird thing is I'm cramping pretty good today. I know it's not ovulation due to cm is white and has lotion consistency. Also I know how to check my cervix and its closed tight. Is it possible that it might be implantation cramps already?
