Yes. We’ve been at two naps for awhile now. Push the morning nap to 2 1/2 - 3 hours after waking. Then push the next nap to 3 - 3 1/2 hours after waking from the first nap. Depending on when you’re bedtime is you might have to adjust to 3-4 hours after waking from the 2nd nap. It’ll take a couple days to get into a routine but then you can set up a new sleep schedule based on when your LO typically wakes.
My 10 month old is having trouble sleeping at night
Hi everyone my 10 month old baby boy is having a hard time sleeping at night. Is it okay if I cut out one of his naps which will leave him with 2 naps during the day. I just want him to sleep better. How did you make your baby sleep longer at night?
