Hey! Looking for some insight. I will see my doctor in the morning but can’t stop my mind.

I had twin girls September 2018. I got an IUD January 2019. I stopped breastfeeding and pumping In January also.

I haven’t had my period since October, this didn’t really bother me until my breasts started leaking last week and haven’t stopped. They are hot and red and leaking like they did when I was pregnant with my twins. I took a test on Saturday and I had a faint positive, I took one yesterday that was negative.

I am 37 almost 38, could this be menopause? Pregnancy? From the IUD?
