Anyone having hair issues PP?

Hello, I'm having major hair issues after having my son. It's dry and easily tangles and it's itchy and falling out a lot. Is there anything I can do to help with this? It's driving me nuts. I know your hormones are crazy after having a baby but this is really hard to deal with. I have long hair too which seems to not help either. Can anyone offer advice? ☹️ I'm 3 months postpartum.

I had hair almost to my tail bone and I chopped mine to mid neck length. I have thick hair so between baby getting caught in it plus all the hair loss I got fed up and cut it. So glad I did too. Gives me more time with my family or more time to relax instead of drying or fixing my hair

I was over it and chopped my long hair into a shoulder length blunt cut.  I couldn’t take the stringy tangly thin mess anymore.  It was in a ponytail 100% of the time and my scalp was over sensitive and aching.  I really tried to hold onto it but was so happy when I gave up on it lol
