Health issue

Just reaching out to see if anyone can figure out a problem I’m having. I’m getting what feel like hot flashes on the left side of my body. They are mainly on my left ear and arm. I’ve been having them for a while but they have become way more frequent recently. Lmk if anyone knows anything:)
