Workout schedule
When do you ladies work out? I work in the medical field 7-3 with a 50 minute commute with a transition to a different hospital during my “lunch”. 40 hr work week/ 5 days a week. Rural area with no gym option. Working out before work would mean a 3:30am or earlier wake up. Also this wouldn’t be a great option due to waking up the kiddos (3 and newborn). Treadmill and weights are below baby room and right next to toddler room.
After work is when I used to try and squeeze a workout in but my oldest always makes me feel Guilty for not spending time with her.
Routine pre second baby looked like this: 5am-6am get ready for work, 6 am leave.... hubby takes toddler to daycare, home by 3:45/4, get kiddo from daycare, workout 4:15-5:15 (kiddo watches a movie/plays), 5:15-6 shower and make supper, 6-7:30 play with kiddo, clean etc. 7:30/8 kiddo bedtime routine, 8-9:30 spend time with hubby/clean/get ready for bed/pack for next day.
Like I just don’t feel like I have time and then if I take the time to workout I am being selfish and not Giving my kiddo the attention she needs. I hate the way my body looks/feels/all of it... need to workout and get healthy to be comfortable and confident again. But my gosh.... idk how to do it all. There aren’t enough hours in my day. I am so blessed with a great job but that means me not working or working shorter hours is NOT an option.
Also how in the hell do you find time to cook and eat clean?? Like I constantly feel so tired and frustrated that my days aren’t longer.
Life. It’s hard.
