Pregnant after Miscarriage

Got a positive today, I just knew this was our month to conceive! I prayed, my daughter prayed we have been ttc for 3 years now with a chemical pregnancy and a miscarriage last year, I’m so happy and excited but also nervous cuz I don’t want to get my hopes up and have them come crashing down! I pray this baby sticks!!!
