I didn’t know what group i should ask this in but does anyone know the laws on someone 19 and someone 16 having a baby together? could the guy be charged?

Depends on were you are. Most likely the older one would get in trouble. Although the age of consent may be 16 were you are. If they are both over the age of content then no one will get in trouble. If they are not then it is 
statutory rape whither or not the 16 year old consented because legally they cant.

If you're in Tx you can't be more than a year and six months apart. Most of the time is one is above 18 they will still get charged for statutory if the parents push for it.

No! The FEDERAL LAW for statutory is more than a 4 year age difference with one parry being over 18. So no. It’s not illegal and he can’t be charged.
