TMI.. Don’t know what it is or if it is IB...

So I went to the bathroom to pee and went to wipe and this came on the tissue after, and I have never been through this. Is this due to Ib or maybe something else? have been feeling nauseous all week btw too and been crying a lot Ive been super sensitive for the pass 3 days. Can anyone enlighten me or help me. Thank you and no harsh comments please.
