So my period keeps coming a week early the last few months, it normally came your standard 28 ish days apart but the last few months it came like every 21-23 and now it came 6 days early so that makes it like 20 days since my last period began....I am concerned but idk is this normal? Every few months my period kinda switches up on me but I’m just kinda worried because his has never really happened before. I used to always get my period late (years ago) and now suddenly it’s always early. Anyone else have this issue? Should I be worried? I looked up possible causes and lots of reasons seem to be due to stress and a new routine (both of which I’m dealing with) so maybe that’s it?? Someone please throw help this way 😩
