Painful

According to the app I ovulated the 21st and AF is due on the 2nd. I’ve been having EXTREMELY sore nipples. So sensitive and tender to the touch. By now my actual boobs and not nipples are usually sore and hard due to AF(it never fails) but my boobs really aren’t that sore. Today I’d be 6dpo. I have a 26 day cycle. Maybe i ovulated early? Not sure but has anyone had a bfp aft a this? I’m not testing until I miss af. I don’t want to waste money.
