Every other day starting January 31th...at least it how worked with me and my husband...everyday might be too much for sperm quality...good luck!

We can't really say.. everyone is different and glow just guesses ovulation.. use opks to try to find when you ovulate

I’m same schedule as you and I was going to start 31 and do every other day as well as use OPK!

At least 5 days leading to ovulation and after..your most fertile leading up to the your ovulation and ovulation day. So baby dance those days!!

Feb 1 to 6 as mentioned in the app n also Check for egg white cervical mucus .that is the most fertile discharge if you want to get pregnant..
