Does freezing breast milk change the nutrients?

I’m just wondering if freezing breast milk changes or reduces any of the nutrient levels in it? Does it change the antibodies in it or anything else?

From what I understand, it can decrease the levels of antibodies but the nutrients are retained, so fresh is preferable to frozen. However, frozen is still preferable to formula. Also, it depends on the length of time its frozen and also the temperature its frozen at. A deep freeze will retain milk quality better than a regular fridge freezer.
