Preeclampsia/HELLP

My feet have been swelling like crazy along with a reoccurring pain only in my right ribs. My hands and feet also get tingly. When I asked my doctor about it I was told that it was just normal. (My doctor has a tendency to just shrug off what I try to raise a concern about). This picture was taken after being at work and standing for 10 hours but they are doubled the size of what they normally are. Just don’t know if I should be concerned of something more serious or if it’s just normal like the doctor says
