Bath time

Lindsay

How long do y'all let your 3 month baby stay in the tub for (if they're enjoying themselves).

Really depends on his mood. 😂 jk he honestly loves his baths and would stay in there longer if I'd let him but I'm afraid hell start to get cold so probably 10-15 min.

Our baths are normally about 15 minutes long. He loves to kick his feet while I'm cleaning him so I normally let him sit there for a few minutes "playing" with him, but if it goes on too much longer he sometimes suddenly gets fussy and I also don't want him to get cold.

I absolutely love it! We've used it from the very beginning starting around 3 weeks and it holds them in place well! I feel very confident letting go of him (obviously watching the whole time). He loves it too. We just stick it in our regular tub and then hang it to dry after rinsing it off. We "inherited" it from a friend who also loved it for her baby girl, who transitioned from this to just sitting in the tub around 6 months.

This is completely off topic.. but I’ve been considering getting that bath tub for my baby girl. Is it good?? The one I have now it’s horrible and she slips from side to side in it if I don’t hold her, which pretty much defeats the purpose of having a baby tub.

I’ve never really looked at the time, but probably 10-15 minutes? As long as I keep a washcloth on his tummy to keep him warm, he’d probably stay for a lot longer.

We don’t really time it! He loves bath time, so as long as the water is still warm we’re okay with him being in it.
