Barely gaining weight

I have gained a total of 10lbs this pregnancy and I’m almost 33 weeks! What the heck ... this is my second pregnancy so I feel like it’s really weird. I gained 40 lbs with my first. Doctors aren’t concerned at all. Had this been the case with anyone else?
