Collagen peptides for hair loss??
I see this circulating on the internet that collagen peptide protein powder can be used to help with postpartum hair loss and can be taken while breastfeeding. Anyone else heard of this or tried it? This hair loss is absolutely out of control idk how Im not bald, but as far as I know there's really nothing that can stop it or help it, so I'm curious if this collagen peptide protein is too good to be true??
