Does anyone worry about peri menopause or menopause hitting before you have a chance to conceive?

It’s all I think about. I’m 44 and want a child with my hubby so badly. I worry about losing the ability to have any fertility at all at this age. I know God is never late but i just wonder if His answer is no. 🥺 need encouragement.

I think you should be going to a fertility specialist to find out if your hormones are normal. Through bloodwork and ultrasound, the specialist will be able to tell you anything that’s off and put you on meds to help you conceive. I’m 40 and my bloodwork came out normal with only male factor. I was put on Clomid to increase my chances and Ovidrel to help me ovulate. I had an IUI, but other women over 40 go straight to IVF.

I know a lady who just had a baby at 45. I also know a girl who started menopause in her 20s and had to freeze her eggs. Seems like every woman, every situation and every pregnancy is different. 
But I understand what you are feeling... I’m 42, and mentally I don’t feel “old” but I feel like my body is telling me otherwise. I’ve been pretty depressed about it lately TBH.

I know someone that had a baby at 53 so keep your head up.  God does answer prayers and provide miracles.  Are you being followed by fertility specialist?

Following this as I am in the same boat. My sister is 42 and went into perimenopause shortly after her birthday.  Then found out she’s pregnant with baby # 6.  So of course I’m worried I will go into PM early too.  But her getting pregnant should still give me hope? I’m 41.
