Cleaning after flu with babies

How have you sanitized thoroughly to avoid your infant getting the flu? My twins are too young for the vaccine & I am the only care taker!

I have been taking my meds, wearing my face masks.. & while kids (age 4 & 4 month old twins) are at school/daycare I am constantly cleaning and doing laundry all day long. Would love to hear how you all made it without the little ones catching it. Other tips would be appreciated!
