maybe I’m just overreacting

I’ve been taking Chateal EQ since august of 2019 and consider myself perfect because I take it at 10:30 pm every single night and have not missed one pill. I usually get my period on a Wednesday or the 4th placebo pill. I’m due for my period tomorrow, and I haven’t had any symptoms of a period coming, but last week I was having mild cramping. maybe it’s just because my cycle was about 21-25 days and now I’m 28 days with the pill. I also haven’t had vaginal sex, just oral, and I grinded on my boyfriend. why don’t I get period symptoms when it’s due but I get symptoms the week before?
