So I went in and had an ultrasound done, and need help identifying if it looks like a gestational sac is beginning to form. My blood hcg levels are 274, and I have been having on and off dull cramping. Does this look like a good start? Last month I had a chemical and I’m trying not to stress since that’s not healthy for you or a baby.
