Lactation breaks at work
I’m going back to work this week and I talked to my supervisor about needing breaks for pumping. The company policy just says that I’m allowed “reasonable time” during the day to pump. Due to the work I do I have to give my supervisor my pumping schedule but I’m not sure how much time I should be requesting. I’ll need time to pump, clean pump parts, store the milk, etc. For mom’s who are pumping at work, how long are your breaks?
