So ladies I need your help!

I had my d&c done this time last week, I was meant to be 12 weeks 5 days but baby measured only 8 weeks 6 days. I was told to do a pregnancy test 3 weeks after the op and once we got the BFN we could basically try again.

Today I've been having horrendous cramping almost like period is coming, I decided to just take an ovulation test to see and the test line is the darkest I've ever seen. Glow has recorded it as at 'peak fertility'. Now my pregnancy test is still showing pregnant from the MC. My question is, is this way to early to try again?? I don't want to miss this chance?? Please help. I've included the pictures of ovulation and pregnancy test from today
