Please help. I am rubbish at dressing and styling myself and rarely dress up. I have a party coming up and I have chosen this dress. However, I am then person who is ALWAYS cold.. even indoors. I am planning to wear tights with the dress but I need a to know if a cardigan would work? Or any other options to keep my arms warm? *EDIT* The party is a work party casual/formal.
