Wavy/curly?

How would I make my hair to be more voluminous, curly/wavy on the roots? 
They're so nice, just flat roots that make them awful to wear and have to straighten all the times.

A hair cut specifically for your hair texture, looks weighed down currently. 
I’d recommend looking into the curly girl method, there is a whole community dedicated to it.

a haircut would be a good start, and add some layers for more volume. also look into the curly girl method as another commenter said, it’s a game changer. sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner, also make sure conditioner doesn’t have silicones.

cutting your hair a bit shorter might help? So it’s not as heavy? 
Or you can use volumising hair mousse, shampoo and conditioners that are for curly hair?
Or I’ve used hair straighteners / curler to make more defined waves?

I suggest going to someone who knows how to deal with curls specifically and getting a Deva cut which can help your curls be more expressive and add volume also use new products they work for your curls like hydration and mask ( don't shampoo your entire head only at roots and condition from ends up)

I have the same problem! Natural waves but they look kind of weighed down and frizzy left alone.
