If you had stitches it’s possible a little flap of skin healed up like outside the stitch - I had this it was just a little piece of skin hanging I went to gyno and was told it wasn’t a big deal and that it most likely would fall out during sex or if I wanted to they could snip it right off. It did actually fall out apparently I wiped a little too hard down there lol I was bleeding not a lot just drops of blood overnight. I used a panty liner.
