Our little guy sleeps in a bassinet in our room and has since birth. I had planned on moving him into his crib in his room at 6-months (he’s just over 7-mo now) but he got sick so we kept him in our room to make sure he was ok.

My husband thinks we waited to long. Whenever I put him down for a nap or for bedtime in his crib, he just cries and cries. I stay with him to comfort him and have tried moving him when he’s already asleep, but it doesn’t seem to matter.

Just curious if anyone went through the same thing or had any helpful hints on how to make the transition easier.
