Heart palpitations?

So I remember getting hurt palpitations in the third trimester with my first but I just had some really crazy ones a little bit ago and it freaked me out. I’m only nine weeks. I did have tea though today which I know caffeine can lead to this. Anyone have this early on?

Could be low vitamin B12? Doesn’t hurt to get that checked. Could also be a different vitamin, like potassium and magnesium. Low levels in those can all cause palpitations. As well as dehydration, and stress. Doesn’t hurt to mention it to your Dr so you can figure out which it is! A lot of prenatals don’t have potassium (which baby will take from you so you need extra) so it could be that one!
